This product works very well for me. It works best though with a waist trainer that is solely meant for waist training, not sweating. I rub it on my belly in controlled circular motions until absorbed into my skin then put on the waist trainer. Have been using for about 3 weeks now maybe and there is most definitely an awesome difference. My skin is tightening wonderfully. Patience and consistency are key!
