I started using Hot Vita´s Slimdown gel about a month ago and after about a week and a half, I started to see some results. I´m a workout feind and my diet is generally pretty good BUT, having had a C-section deliver, my lower abs have always been a challenge area for me. The Slimdown gel definitely helped to minimize the appearance of cellulite and general flabbiness there. It´s clear you can´t depend solely on the gel alone but it´s also clear that the gel certainly helped in addition to my workouts without question.Two things to be aware of: 1. The gel has a cooling factor to it so the first couple of times you use it, it definitely feels cold! But you´ll get used to it. And 2. The smell is a bit overpowering, depending on how much you use. Other than that though, I love it!
